This Policy applies to all users of our platform. Shamel uses AI technologies to:

• Generate UI/UX designs;
• Recommend layouts and workflows;
• Assist with prototyping;
• Analyze prompts and user requirements;
• Improve productivity and consistency;
• Generate fully functional applications;
• Generate frontend and backend source code;
• Create APIs and workflows;
• Generate software architectures and technical structures.

AI systems may produce inaccurate outputs, generate incomplete recommendations, misinterpret prompts or context, produce insecure or non-optimized code. Therefore, users are responsible for validating all AI-generated materials before production use. For accuracy and your safety we strongly advice you that AI-generated outputs:

• Must be reviewed by users before implementation;
• Should not be relied upon without validation;
• Are intended to assist—not replace—human decision-making.

Users remain fully responsible for final outputs and implementation.

We use the data to provide AI driven services in order to process User Content to generate designs, flows, software products, application code, and content as requested by the user, and to support related optimization and product delivery workflows:

• Where contractually permitted, we may also use data to train, test, and improve our AI models.
• User prompts, uploaded assets, and interactions may be processed by AI systems solely for: delivering requested services, improving system functionality, and enhancing model performance were permitted by agreement.

AI-generated products and code are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Shamel does not warrant that generated outputs:

• Are free from vulnerabilities or defects;
• Meet regulatory or industry-specific requirements;
• Are suitable for production deployment without review;
• Will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

Users are fully responsible for:

• Security testing;
• Quality assurance;
• Compliance verification;
• Production deployment; and
• Ongoing maintenance and monitoring.
• Applications created through the Platform;
• End-user data processing;
• Legal compliance of deployed applications;
• Hosting environments;
• Security configurations;
• Third-party integrations;
• Compliance with privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property laws.

Where applicable, AI-generated outputs may be identified as AI-assisted or AI-generated.
